I don't remember my password

In this article, we will show you how to change or reset your password.

Steps to change/reset password

1. Go to app.penetrace.com and click "Don't remember your password?". 
2. Type your email address connected to your user account and click "SEND EMAIL". 
3. Open the email and click on the "CHANGE PASSWORD" link. 
4. Type in your new prefered password and click next. 
5. Your password have now been successfully changed, and you can log into the Penetrace platfor as usual with your new password. 

Important notes

• If you do not recieve an email, please make sure your wrote the correct eamil and check your spam folder. 
• The password needs to be at least 8 characters in lengt and contain a minimum of one lower and one upper caracther, as well as at least one number.
