How to grant access to a user?

In this article, we will show you how to grant a user access to your company’s Penetrace account.

Steps to grant user access

  1. Go to Settings by clicking on your profile icon in the upper right corner.
  2. From the left menu, choose whether to give the person Administrator, Editor, or Member access.
  3. Click the Add button at the end of the list.
  4. Search for the email address of the person you want to give access. Once it appears, click Grant access.

Important notes

  • To manage access rights, you need to have Administrator access to your company's account.
  • If your account has several Business Units, make sure you are on the correct one when granting access.
